LOCAL, SEASONAL INGREDIENTS PREPARED WITH PASSION

With Aberdeenshire’s natural larder running from mountain to sea, Head Chef, Matthew Lobban & his kitchen brigade use the best seasonal & local ingredients to produce dishes for you to savour.

Matthew’s real passion is fish & with Peterhead & Fraserburgh boasting the largest white fish & shellfish port’s in Europe, fresh, quality ingredients are readily available & plentiful.
